Work included installing erosion control measures; building access roads; clearing and grading existing unmaintained farm roads; loading, hauling, and placing existing agricultural ditch spoils to construct flood control berm; removing existing culverts; installing culverts and tide gates; and excavating ditch crossings and tidal channels.

2014 DUCKS UNLIMITED- Mesa Lake Enhancement, US-WA-273-1.

Dewatering of Mesa Lake wetlands through removal of existing beaver dams. Existing dike embankment removed and rebuilt using new fill materials, and water control structures and pipe outlet installation.

2008 Orem's Field

1100 acre restoration 7 miles channels creation for waterfowl. Photo shows as built of Ducks unlimited project on 1100 acres in Northern California which worked in sensitive soil area, filled ditches and laser grade control of approximately 7 miles of new restored wetland channel, multiple ponds and island structures for nesting habitat. Work was in areas of hydric soils transitioning to upland soils which were not always identified as challenging areas.
